Welcome! The Ohio Balance of State Continuum of Care (BOSCOC) Region 5 includes Continua of Care from Ashtabula, Geauga, Lake, Portage and Trumbull counties. Our goal is to provide information and support that makes it easier for our member organizations to provide the homeless in our counties with services that make a real difference in their lives. | Region 5 Meeting Update The Region 5 Executive Team has scheduled a meeting for Friday, November 13, 2015 beginning at Noon in Ravenna. Representatives from Ashtabula, Geauga, Lake, Portage and Trumbull counties who received HUD and/or State funding for homeless programs are required to attend.
